MTN IS THE WORST!

I cancelled my contract with MTN in April 2023 at one of their outlets in Canal Walk. I was informed I would still be billed until the end of May 2023. However, I was charged R112.85 for June and July, which leads me to conclude that my contract is still active. I reached out to MTN on Facebook to resolve the issue. Although they rep**** and said they will get back to me soon, I still have to hear from them. I guess I will have to make yet another trip to Canal Walk (this will be the fourth one) to try and get my contract cancelled. I would not ever recommend MTN to anybody!
