MTN is the worst

The worst customer service AND the worse service in general. It took me 4 months to change my debit order date and when I called on the 7th to cancel my contract I was told I can't until the 12th. I call on the 19th to cancel my contract only to be told I must now give 30 days of notice qnd I will pay them for my notice period. Why didn't the call centre agen tell me when I called the 7th? Glad I'm done with them!
