Mtn is the worst

I sent Mtn an email on 31 May,

I've been trying to see when I upgrade becuase my phone memory is low and as an educator trying to teach from home I need more memory. On three different platforms I was given three different dates. That was my first complaint. My email had remained unanswered. I received the automated response but that's it. I had accidentally emailed Mtn Nigeria at the same time... Mtn Nigeria got back to me within the hour on the same day! Does South Africa just not care about its people? Over 48 hours to wait for a response is extremely disrespectful! Not to mention my initial problem!
