MTN is the worse service provider on earth

I bought iPhone 13 Pro Max from MTN highveld mall 2 months. Now the cashier wrote my number wrong so I get het any data which a debit is going through every month paying for service am not getting. Plus they told me the installment is usually higher on the first month then it ne less from the second but every month the installment is going up.. I regret buying from them worse service provider on planet earth
