Mtn is the worse network service provide.

I have been a MTN customer for the past 8 years, my contact ended last month, since then I have been trying to contact MTN call centre to have the contact cancelled; but they have been giving me hard time to terminate the contract which is my right.

I have called them again 2 weeks ago, they have told me that the contact could only be cancelled by the 21st which is today. Today, I have had a terrible experience; I have called couple of times; and I have been transfered from one consultant to the other without having a concret solution; the Last consultant whom I spoke to was Muzi Ndovu whom transfered my call to their so called cancellation department; once my call was transferred; I stayed in the line waiting for the Next available consultant; I was on the line waiting for over 40 minutes with no help. I will never, and never again have to deal with this **** of the service provider. Coming this month end, if any debit order goes through, I would be forced to charge back.

This is not the Kind of service provider that, one Should refer to anyone; I Will probably move to a différent network.
