Mtn is the worse network

If it was up to me I would give this company a 0. They took me to MBD attorneys amd had to pay money THAT I NEVER AGREED TO. NOW I have to call every single day to get a paid up letter that they said they were going to send me TWO MONTHS AGO. MY CREDIT IS TARNISHED BECAUSE MTN is refusing to give me my paid up letter. My life is ruined because of this company. THEY DID NOT WASTE ANY TIME TAKING MY MONEY AMD PESTERING ME ABOUT THE SETTLEMENT NOW I HAVE TO RUN AFTER THEM !!!!!!!!!!!!!

If anyone has an idea of how I can get my letter and GET MY NAME OFF THE ITC, BECAUSE I PAID EVERYTHING , please assist me. TIA
