MTN is the worse company

MTN has ripped my 70 year old mother off by debiting her whole monthly pension, and it's taking them more than a month to give her money back. Only to find out they did it 2 previous times aswell. They have been charging her recurring prio rata for stuff that has been canceled many moons ago. Customer service keeps making mistakes and nobody gets back to you regarding this matter. MTN has put my mother in a horrible position and left her with no money for food and her bills and they flipped my life because they inconvenienced me to. They didn't even once care or show compassion for what they did . It's easy for them to take money from people but they take forever to correct their mistakes. Taking money from pensioners is heartless. That's what MTN did. They didn't care about her bills or if she had food to eat for this time. MTN has showed absolutely no compassion. If this has happened to anyone else wow then I really dont want to know what other damages something like this could have done because my mother is not taking this well. She has been a loyal customer of MTN for many years and they just broke her trust in the company completely. How many people have they not done this to and got away with it....
