MTN IS THE PITS

I cancelled my mtn contract on in July after my cancellation term date. I also received an sms thereafter confirm the cancellation. But I'm puzzled now as they still billing me when I check on the mtn app. I've had enough with MTN, this is the second time they've done to me when I had a laptop contract with them.
