MTN IS THE PIT OF IT ALL😡😡😡😤🚮

MTN IS THE PIT OF IT ALL I had a Month-to-month home internet router with them which i ordered it online. Now that i want to cancel it am being taken from pillar to post, i was told that i can return the router to any MTN branch 3 days before my next billing date which was the 5th of February 2025. I don't know why it is difficult for MTN to cancel my subscription because i returned their property but still they debited me and the router is not even in my position. I really HATE MTN at this moment i wouldn't recommend anyone to use MTN. The customer service and The Glen branch employees are so useless. I can not afford to be debited while i don't have their property in my position.
