mtn is the most useless service provider out
So its been a month. My phone went in with a cracked screen. Insurance department is the most useless service provider and you can never get through to them. I pay a contract and insurance fee every month to a bunch of untrained idiots who can't do their job. Time to look for a different service provider that can actually deliver.
