MTN IS THE MOST USELESS SERVICE PROVIDER

I am absolutely frustrated with MTN. Being on matenity leave for 5 months, my account is in arrears and I have been trying to make contact to make a payment arrangement. I received a mail stating that I have been handed over to legal - no contact has been made with me trying to work out a payment plan and my line has been cut. How am I supposed to contact MTN and vice versa? I went into a store and had no luck as they said they cannot help me as this matter is with legal. Who is legal??? No lawyer has attempted to make contact with me even via mail. I have tried contacting 083 135 BUT it is the most useless call line. I could not get through to speak to an agent. I am not paying legal fees. I am just trying to pay my account so that I can use my phone. Unfortunately, this is the only platform I have to try to make contact.

MTN MUSGRAVE never answers their phone so I can't even call a store for help. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE CONTACT ME FROM MTN!!!!!!!
