Mtn is the most useless and ******* cellular provider in South Africa. I will never be their client

Mtn consultants are useless, how do you lodge a complaint of ***** for 6 months and still dont get feedback. I even called the head office and they are equally useless. They keep giving you reference numbers for your case and each time you call you start from scratch as though its your first time. Since August 2020 someone **********ly opened an account with my name and they wont even give me the cell number. I personally think they ooen accounts for themselves and they cover it up because they are a syndicate. I pay all my bills on time and now im having a bad record because mtn personnel are sitting on their butts instead of doing their jobs.
