MTN is the most *********** service provider!

MTN legal department is a total waste of time. I logged a call on the 3/5/2021 for R500 that was owed to me according to the MTN statement I received stating that on the 3/3/2021 I had made a payment for a contract that was cancelled. To date I have called 8 times and today waited 12min on the line to speak to the contracts department to find out the progress of a the logged complaint and eventually I couldn't hold the line and hung up! It is beyond me how MTN have still not sorted this out yet they have documentation they requested of me and yet I as the client still have not received feedback in over 2 months!! MTN your client service is non existant. If i had owed you money I would be hounded daily by your consultants yet when you owe me non of your staff are able to assist me. Pathetic to say the least
