MTN IS THE BIGGEST ****MER OF ALL!!!!

I contacted both MTN and your insurance department this morning, and each party is attributing the issue to the other. Neo from the insurance department informed me that I was removed from billing yesterday, while Dimpho from MTN Customer Care stated that I am still on the billing system.

I am not concerned with the internal discrepancies between your departments. What I require is my refund, written confirmation that the refund has been processed, and confirmation that I have been fully removed from your billing system as of today.

This matter has been ongoing since August, and I am extremely frustrated with the continued lack of resolution. I expect this to be addressed as a matter of urgency.
