So here is my story On the 18 of August 2020 i upgraded to a new phone on the made for me xs package that includes a samsung galaxy tab for R599 pm since my debit order startet on the new contract i got a shock that MTN deduct R1099 pm tried to resolve that with no luck every month i call them to no vail yesterday the 01/02/2021 i called mtn i spend 46 min holding on to speak to someone and the phone droped i tried again and it droped at 24 min today i went to a mtn shop they said i have to call in they can't assist me i called again the call droped 6 times on 3 min
