MTN is the best network I have used until decided to support ******s

MTN is the best network I have used until they decided to support ******s and not assist me with blocking a phone that i have been using for 2 years.

I was ****** in Auckland park, as soon as the incident occurred i rushed to campus square Mall MTN branch to block my number. The representative sitting behind podium decided to block my number as per what i requested to her saying i was ****** please block my number what i actually meant was block my phone as well my number. She only blocked my number !! and didnt ask me for imei number to block my phone as well.

Anyway i rushed to police station to open a case and guess what the police service in SA is dependant on telecomunication and they can not open a CASE of theft until the block of phone takes place from the telecommunication provider. by the way it is been 8 days since i have reported to MTN to provide me with the ITC ref Number. highly disappointed in MTN, contemplating of moving to VODACOM after using MTN for 7 years.
