MTN IS THE BEST CON ARTIST COMPANY

To cancel a contract with MTN is simply impossible though I tried to cancel it telephonically, via email, on the website and in store. I handed the sim in to their store. I could not use 1 kb of data on the sim. When ordering the sim I asked specifically if I could use any router and the answer was YES. So she **** and will NOT pay for her incompetence. The best responsed was in store.... 1. aikona maddam we are offline.... 2. sorry the person working with that is now on lunch NO I AM REFUSING TO SPEAK TO THEM FOR THEY SAL THE PONE DOWN AND I GET THREATENED WITH LAWYERS and ITC by mail. I will not pay for a sim I could not use which I have returned within 5 days - which by the way they cannot recall recieving it. How convenient! Best company in conning people.
