MTN is the best

Its difficult to review companies when you don't have much interaction with them, people are quick to make a 1 star review after a bad experience instead of taking a step back and looking at the big picture first.

I have had the same telephone number with MTN for over 20 years and rarely interacted with MTN, I have done I think 2 sim swaps in that time.

I recently had to call support for like maybe the 3rd time in the 20 years I have been using their service, they answered within seconds and although I did not get the help I wanted from the first operator when I called back and they answered again in seconds (this was on a Saturday mind you) I received excellent service, professional and kind.

I always have good signal and never have issues with calls or data no matter where I am, MTN has very good mobile speeds as well from my experience in and around East London area.

I can only speak from my own experience and I must say over all I am very satisfied with the services MTN provides.
