MTN is terrible I wanna cancel my contract with them.

<p>I have a phone that has been sitting with me for over a month that is damaged, Why am I paying for insurance, they are so quick to take my money but with poor service. My other problem is I got debited this month for an amount that I dont know and did not sign for 1668.40 my debit is 809 tell me why they are doing this, when I call the call centre agents are rude, Annie just dropped my call when i asked her why iv been debited this amount</p> <p> </p> <p>They claim its data but my contract is top up and I usually buy data bundles 1G and get 1 extra free. Then they tell me i should wait for 3 day working hours for my money that they took without my permission while they are doing investigations. I am so Tired of MTN someone please come to my rescue.
