Mtn is terrible

Terrible service, from both branch and call center. Upgraded to a phone which was advised by consultant. Phone does not do anything the consultant advised. I was advised to cancel the upgrade however getting trough to the cancelation department is not possible at mtn. As a mtn customer for years I'm disappointed and paying a lot for a phone that does not work many things. Consultants are ready to help when it comes to an upgrade but pushes u away when it comes to a problem. Terrible service!!!
