MTN is terrible
Its been 6 weeks now that i have send my 1 month old phone in for repairs that's still under guarantee. I dont get any feed back on whats going on or any indication on when I'll get my phone back. Ive called the branch in Rietfontein rd numerous times but they say theres a back log at repairs and nothing they can do. How long am i suppose to wait for my phone? MTN sucks at after sales service.
