MTN Is taking me for a ride

Mtn keeps making false promises, honestly I have lost faith in this service provider. I have been trying on countless occasions to resolve a problem that MTN made on my account ***) for over 6 months now without any success. Instead MTN keeps charging me for their mistake which makes no sense. Last month when I received a call from the head office and I thought my problems had finally came to an end. Instead the package is back to my previous package yet they debited me for a higher package that I do not have. I am tired of going back and forth with MTN with no success. I demand that they refund me my money that they have been debiting incorrectly all these past months as it was not part of our agreement
