MTN is such a disappointment to SA

Honestly what is up with network companies in south africa?? So not only does MTN have ***********, unhelpful staff in their branches, but also higher up! I had an account that I was paying off via finfix and my instalments are finally done and account is paid up. When the lovely lady at finfix tried reaching out to MTN for a paid up letter, they advised that there is still an amount outstanding. After investigating the matter, turns out MTN NEVER allocated the payments over the 2 years I have been paying! Now after sending proof of payment, there is no word from MTN regarding my lekker. I offered to call as well and see if I cant help in some way, but the customer care consultants are just as ***********. I got transferred 4 TIMES, just to be told I’m at the wrong department and need to call a different number! And this lady, Patricia Makama, is just no where to be reached. Poor service MTN. Poor!!!! Hopefully now you will get in contact.
