MTN IS SUCH A DISAPPOINTMENT!

I’ve called 3 times for assistance and every time I’m told my issue is resolved but when I check, nothings fixed. I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO MAKE OUTGOING CALLS SINCE MAY 2026. I get no joy from the call centre and it’s really difficult to get through to speak to someone with all the options leading to dead ends when you call the 135 number! MTN has really disappointed me!
