Mtn is still the worst signal provider.

This is the second time I'm writing about this company. Sadly to say it was a mission just getting to the hello Peter site. Anyway, after my first complaint, Mtn contacted me and asked me to do an online survey (worse thing ever) I had to fill the survey out 3 times because my signal was so bad. Eventually getting an email from them saying they are sorry and that they will see what they can do and contact me shortly. A few days later I got a phone call from a guy from Mtn (didn't get his name) and asked me if my signal was better because they found a fault in my area. He said he would call again a few days later to get an update, but that never happened.

Now currently trying to study for my final exams of the year and I can't get access to the internet. My signal strength hasnt changed since they "apparently" fixed it. It is extremely frustrating as the most simple things cannot be done ( like send a message or have a secure connection with Google maps when driving.) Yet again I am extremely disappointed in the service network and service I received from the company, that didn't sort out my problem in the first place. I would highly recommend not choosing MTN as a service provider.
