MTN is STILL HARRASSING ME AFTER IOPTED OUT

updated ***] Why did I receive a MoMo promotion again just now? I have OPTED OUT of any promotions MONTHS ago and received multiple assurences that my unresolved ticket has been resolved! Well, obviously not - I still am harraseed by MTN/MoMo because people cannot do their jobs! As always this email to MTN will be posted to Hello Peter so the public can see how you treat customers
