MTN is still as useless as they were 5 years ago, worse actually....
So this is the intelligence of MTN support. They ask me to email them, here via Hello Peter (Listed below). Done! They asked my information, and I wrote the following, as first response: To whom it may concern,
I posted on Hello Peter as money was debited from my account, without my consent from MTN. The Link: https://www.hellopeter.com/mtn/reviews/mtn-thieving-yet-again- **********
I did not authorise anything of the sort.
I have emigrated to Australia, but still have this bank account open to settle a last few accounts, so I can not be there in person to dispute this ********** act.
I have attached copies of my ID, Passport and Drivers License as proof of who I am.
Please reverse this debit order if possible or advise on what I must do further to get my own money back.
My mother also contacted customer care on my behalf so far. The ***** is the following: On 31st of March 2018 the amount of R1 025.67 was debited to a FNB account no. ########### branch no 250 655.
It should not be this easy to just debit someone else's account...

I still haven't even heard anything back. Why and how does a company like MTN still exist?! Why do people still use their services? It's ludacris! It was bad back then 5 years ago, and they still can't do ANYTHING right...
