MTN is *****ing our money !!!

<p>This has been going on for a long time. Every time i buy air time it disapears. MTN says is being reserved for data however i allready have data so in actual fact they are taking my air time without my consent, and when i do use my data it uses the so called "reserved "data first before using the data bundle which i purchased.This so called "reserved" data has not yet been converted , therefore when it does get used, it disappears quickly.O & another responce from MTN was to reboot your phone & the money will come back.What a joke!! This in my eyes is *****ing. Considering that MNT is a Billion rand conglomerate & thay still feel the need to ***** from people who can't even afford to purcase a contract is despicable.We as community need to stand together.I surmise we band together and protest outside there gates.And if anyone has any contacts in the media it will most certainly help.</p>
