MTN IS *****ING MY MONEY

MTN is *****ing my money! I have upgraded end of July. I was issued with the wrong package. The package doesn't work at all! I have been trying since the 12th of August to resolve the issue. Today a new amount, double the original amount got deducted. I have been to 4 different stores. I have been to the store I upgraded multiple times (about 10 times) I have emailed about 8 different email addresses. I have contacted them on Twitter. As a client I have done everything from my side. Deducted money without my knowledge amounts to theft and is a violation of my rights. I am at the point where I want to take mtn to court. See to the fact that I have tried all the different and possible routes. Any help and advice will be helpful. As I can see that a lot of people have the same issue.
