MTN Is *****ing My Money

Mtn contract department is a disappointment. My contract ended in January 2022 and in February 2022 I said I am not renewing it I canceling. I was happy that I was a freemam from a 3 years contract. End of February 2022 money was deducted. I didn't mind. I called MTN to make sure in March 2022 no money gets deducted from my account, they confirmed everything is cancelled and I must rest assured. March 2022 MTN deducted money again. I phoned them again they said I must trust them this time. April money deducted again. When I phone them today they say cancelation is pending. Mtn is a *****. This is not far and unprofessional.
