MTN is *****ing my money
Never in my life did I think it would be so difficult to cancel my expiring contract. After numerous emails and phone calls, I was reassured that no further action was required on my part to cancel the contract. In fact, on my last phone call to MTN I was guaranteed that the contract would be cancelled, and since the call was recorded I thought MTN would pull through on their promise.

Now a month later, another debit order has gone off on my account. I am frustrated and exhausted. I don't know what else to do to get this contract cancelled and cannot waste any more time on this. I want my money back and MTN to fix the problem.
