MTN is *****ing my money!!!

In January, MTN authorized a ********** contract extension. Upon realising this I immediately notified them and I was informed that the contract was taken in Johannesburg whilst I reside in Limpopo. I asked them to cancel this contract as it was done without my permission. Despite countless calls and store visits this matter has not been resolved and MTN is still *******ly debiting from my account. To say I am disappointed in the service is an understatement
