MTN is *****ing my money!

<p>For the past 3 months MTN has been billing my father for all his data, instead of using from his available data, they are billing him directly. We have logged several complains and they have handed us several reference numbers. They refused to pay back the the money the took from our account and said that we "owed" them the money. Even the people who works in the store can testify that my dad had data but they billed my dad instead of deducting from his available data. We have emails from one of the MTN staff member who was emailing MTN to log the compliant but still nothing. I am disgusted my family has been loyal to MTN for all these years and now they are *****ing from us. Please help us get justice. </p>
