MTN IS *****ING FROM OLD PEOPLE

Shame on you MTN!!! *****ING FROM OLD PEOPLE!!! I thought Vodacom was bad, it seems to me you are WORSE!!!!! I recently ported from Vodacom to MTN as this was the way to go and I was very happy to be part of MTN until now!! I have been buying voice with my uploaded airtime and it worked 100% no problems at all, my second last bundle was the R99 which gave me 400 minutes and all went fine and I even told all my friends to port and join MTN. This morning I needed to upload voice again and then I saw your double – up bundle for R75 and I decided that is even a better deal and took that, so now I have 800 minutes for R75 what a great deal!! Pity!! When I dialed one of my big customers to tell him about the deal, a voice told me that I need to buy airtime as my airtime was depleted. I phoned MTN customer care and told them about my problem as I have 800 voice minutes available. The person from MTN told me I can only use that from MTN to MTN and I was actually shocked as when I dialed 135 it said that I have 800 voice minutes and NOT to MTN to MTN, it just says I have 800 voice minutes. I think this is completely **************** as I asked the person in customer care to change it as it is still there and that I need to phone my clients and she said she can not change it and that I should use it to MTN customers, I asked her how would I know who is MTN or Cell C or Vodacom as people ports from one network to other networks keeping there no as with me I was Vodacom, kept my no and ported to MTN, so my no is 082, but I am on a MTN net work which is normally 083 and she told me she would not know either and that she is sorry for this problem. MTN that is not the way to go, yes I should have read the advert, but all is new to me and been with Vodacom there were no such catches as here, I am not a very happy chappie as we speak and I need to know how are you going to rectify this problem, as I am so sure many people has done the same as me and you guys are making the money, we are the loosers out here.
