MTN is *****ing from me

I am so appalled with MTN. I have a couple of contracts with them and have always paid them via EFT without fail, I've never missed a payment. for the past two months they have been debiting my account without authorization and ontop of the payments I've been making to them. The first time I spoke to them they told me they would have this rectified, the second time it happened another consultant told me nothing was done.

This is disgusting for a big company like MTN . You have taken the money that belongs to my kids school fees and you should be ashamed of yourself, the worst part is telling me that you cannot reverse my money and that I have to wait for a week.

I'm taking you guys to OMBUDS.
