Mtn is *****ing from me
I opened a data sim contract of R89 p/m of 4gb, to my surprise i was debited an amount of R1374, when i phoned in to check they said a 20gb recurring bundle is loaded on my contract which i did not receive. I then logged a quiry for tht 20gb to be removed and be credited my money, the quiry took time to be escalated and i decided to reverse the amount, later the sms was sent to me saying a credit note is created.i thought the matter was settled but now i am receiving an sms that MTN will deduct R1400. Can someobe please explain how a 20gb which is claimed to be loaded on my account can cause so much money? And who are they giving thta 20gb to because i never received it.

Kindky note that when the credit was passed, The debit order was already submitted on the magtape system. Please note that both the credit are currently reflecting on your MTN acc.
