Mtn is *****ing

Im extremely disappointed in mtn. I got insurance when i got my p30 pro and p30 lite (for mt wife) and canseled it on jan 20th 2020 if called insurance to cansel it and called mtn self and canseled it. They informed me they will take 30 days as a notice month. I said fine so feb was my last deduction for insurance on my mtn contract... Or so i thought. I recently read my statement on may and saw they still deduction for insurance i still dont have all the way from March till now still in julie. So im paying for a service i dont even have. In may a person at mtn told me she will send the screenshots i need in so they can credit me back. Nothing ever heard again. In june near the end i got new statement and insurance was still included. I called mtn near june end send them all the info exchanged about 24 emails with mtn sending all the info they need and they said give it about 3 days round about cause i had all the info. Julie came got my bill still R2 000. And it still has not changed on there system i have not been credited back yet. They owe me over R2 500 about now in credit from March till Julie and its probably gone be same in August. If waited from start julie till today still just for them to resolve the problem. When i ask whats wrong they keep telling me waiting on head office and the other is billing department. In short they are comiting ***** charging a service they arent even giving me anymore. And refuse to pay they cut you off so i got no power against them. Hellopeter i hope you can maby help inform people please stay away from mtn they dont help just take your money and give empty promises (the refrence number i put in is just one of the many they provide me with everytime they make a new enquiry to see what is happening meening nothing)
