MTN is S#$%^&T

People stay away from MTN they are ****, trying to cancel my contract for the past 2 weeks,going to an MTN store they cant help, online at MTN direct they send me back to the store its a nightmare the last consultant wanted to send me back i told her the nearest MTN storw os 80km away i was just there and they told me it must be done via MTN direct but she insisted to drive back and give them instruction to assist i am so ****ed because they all send me all over the place please stay away. Reason for cancellation recently fibre was installed and i called mtn just to migrate from lte to fiber they will still be my ISP but its a struggle to be assisted so i am pleading with all south africans do not try any contract at mtn.-***Mtn- Pearl Ngcobo Mtn.
