I took out a contract with MTN last year in October after cancelling my contract with them 3 years ago.I took out a samsung galaxy note 5 worth around R15000 at the time and thouht it will be wise to insure it which i did.now my phone got lost and when i put in a claim i was told it was denied with the reason being" USAGE",the consultant that called me Natasha was very rude and just told me at the time the phone got lost it had a different number to the nominated sim card of which i explained to her that i dont deny that i was putting a different sim card in the phone but at the time it got lost im positive it had the nominated sim card why their system doesnt pick that up im not sure.To think i still I have 16 months to pay for a phone i dont have its very painful and this was my first time claiming a phone ever. They are hundreds of people who make bogus claims out there and their claims are approved whereas us with valid claims are denied.as soon as as this contract is over im moving somwhere else i shouldnt have gone back to MTN in the first place. All they do is suck you all your money and leave you out to dry.ANNOYYYED!!!!!!!
