MTN is so Useless it Took Them 2 months for Itemized Billing

I requested for itemized billing on the month of December, 29 2020.

I have been taken from pillar to post until I spoke to Sphindile from 083135 and she made me wait for 20 minutes to come back with a no answer.

I politely asked her to follow-up with the back-office and she said no there's nothing she can do. I've exhausted all the means.
