MTN is so useless

I will never have a contract with mtn, I have requested in writting to cancel my contract in July 2022 and now its december they havent cancelled anything and continue to bill me. MTN is such a poor service provider, I wouldnt recommend any contract with them. This is more than 20 business days notice and yet no cancellation is happening
