MTN is so unprofessional!
MTN has been delaying to help me with a ***** query that I reported to them.. It's been almost 6 months now!
By far, the WORST service ever. I write a negative review on hellopeter, they contact me asking for an Affidavit, I send it through, then nothing happens. I write a negative review again 2 months later, they contact me asking for my ID number, I give it to them, then nothing happens again
