MTN is so frustrating!!!!!

I previously posted about poor service received with regards to my router and sim card not being delivered to which MTN sped up the process, only to receive my parcel and now I must wait for the RICA process, which has been escalated apparently....I've never been so frustrated in my life, imagine being at home with a wifi router you've paid for but still have to load data in your phone and hot spot your TV so your kid can watch TV🙄
