MTN is so *********** and they don't care about their customers.

I am so disgusted by this service provider's lack of ethics, intergrity and empathy for their customer. I took a phone contract on 27 July 2024 and it's been a constant battle .If it's not them overbilling me and come up with excuses to justify it, they are not updating my ITC records. I am not in arrears but my MTN account shows one month in arrers on ITC yet my account balance is only one installment that is only due on 02 March 2025. How am I in arrers? The sad part is that they get away with all these. Even ombudsman fail to help when it comes to MTN. Sad that I am stuck with them untill next year. Their inconsistencies and incompetence is appalling and my credit record is suffering as a result. My credit score is low due to this.
