Mtn is SICKENING!
<p>I laid a complaint about Mtn and still to this day NOBODY contacted me w.r.t. The query.</p> <p>Mtn Direct sent me a BROKEN/DAMAGED/OLD phone when I took out a new contract from them. Within 6 months the phone is broken, sent for "repairs" even though they only reset the phone, what I also could have done myself,</p> <p>BUT WHEN THE PHONE CAME BACK, IT HAD THE VERY SAME ISSUES, PLUS THE MISSING PIXEL ON THE SCREEN IS STILL MISSING... I am not using the phone anymore, cause its for me, useless.</p> <p>PLEASE SEND UR COURIER GUYS OUT TO MY HOUSE AND COLLECT THIS USELESS THING OF YOURS.</p> <p>I don't want this device anymore, I want a brand new one, not "repaired" or "fixed"... This thing is already broken when it got to me!!!</p> <p>Call me ********** 849/ ********** 287</p> <p>I stay in Grahamstown Eastern</p> <p>Cape.
