MTN is sh@#!t

I want to give a zero star rating but they dont allow it. Any case its been 1 year on 1st July 2023 having this MTN router and there has been no change. Im still paying the full amount each month for NO service. Im supposed to run on a 10mbs.but currently im running at 0.8mbs. Is tis now fair. Can you ***** someone's money like this. I am so tired calling MTN, no one in their call centers know what they doing. Im done... They can ***** the next year's installments, i dont care, as long as this contract come to an end. This was a complete waste of time and money.if anyone out there is thinking of taking out a router with MTN..... please dont
