MTN is ******** people on prepaid service

Don`t think ****s only comes from the internet even MTN does it when you buy prepaid data bundles. They will claim your data has been loaded while it`s not and even refuse to give you purchase slip. I`ve reported this to their shop at The Glen Mall where I purchased data from but they didn`t do anything but sat with the query for 2 weeks and still accuse me of not following it up while they have my contact details. What made me notice there would be problems is when the lady refused to give a slip and I had to fight with her to get my purchase slip. So South Africans must watch out for this **** because it`s happening inside the shop where you think you are safe.
