MTN is ******** its own customers

I'm sick and tired of this network (MTN) that can't protect its customers. Last month around this time I was ****med and a swim swap was done on my phone. My airtime, loyalty points all gone, these people even took extra time airtime amounting to hundred and something rands, which I had to repay after reversing the swim swap. Today a swim swap was done again without my consent and again my airtime gone, everytime i recharge aitime is deducted. Now this is a concern because my sim card is linked to my bank account. This simply says to me MTN is not a secured network service that can be trusted, if such an important thing like swim swap can be done without me the owner authorizing it. I think its time to switch networks after being with MTN for over 2 decades, I'm very much angry and disappointed.
