MTN is ********s
NEVER BUY FROM MTN THEY ARE ********S. Phoned their customer care multiple times. 7 tries and only then the person on the other side canceled my contract or that is what he said. Still getting billed. MTN does everything they can to find a reason not to cancel.

01 Dec 2025, 14:41Update on this. MTN is still deducting money from my account. Called them and they say they can see it was canceled and not sure what is going on. Never do business with these people, They are a ******** organization hiding behind their lawyers and poor help desk operators. Tried reporting it as ***** but they keep cutting me off when they hear they are at fault.
