MTN is running a ****, and EXPLOITING people

Took a wifi router through mtn telesales, on the second day upon receiving it the was no network and when I called customer service they said it's got bearer they removed it, the next day it's happened again and again they told me they can't remove it permanently I don't have coverage but when I signed up I gave my address they said I do have coverage. They advised i cancel it and take the router to the MTN store of which I did that on the second week and got the ref number. Called MTN to finalize it they told me I need to pay R5000 before I can cancel and yet the debit order still goes out on something I'm not using. The most frustrating thing about calling mtn they transfer you 6 times from department to department and no one will help you.
